Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the k80 platform (https://k80.wine), you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between k80 and the user.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. The k80 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
- K80 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- Users will be notified in the event of any major changes.
Account Registration & Security
To create an account on k80, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms, and any such accounts may be closed at any time.
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the k80 support team immediately.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.
- Accounts created with false information will be suspended or permanently closed.
- K80 reserves the right to launch an investigation upon detecting any suspicious activity on an account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must follow the rules below while using the k80 platform. Any form of fraud, deception, or dishonest conduct is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to compromise or interfere with the platform's security systems is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to steal another user's information or gain unauthorized access to any account is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform with bots, scripts, or any automated software is strictly prohibited.
- Engaging in any activity that damages k80's reputation is strictly prohibited.
- Use betting activities for entertainment purposes only; any financial risk is entirely your own responsibility.
K80 reserves the right to terminate any account without notice and take legal action if any of the above rules are violated.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All transactions on k80 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). For deposits and withdrawals, please use approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Rocket, and Nagad.
- Deposit: After a deposit is completed, it may take up to 15 minutes for the amount to reflect in your account balance. Technical issues may cause further delays.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Bonuses & Promotions: A specific turnover requirement must be met to withdraw bonus funds. Bonuses will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering conditions are fulfilled.
- Suspicious Transactions: k80 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual transactions and to place them on hold if necessary.
Any transaction linked to money laundering or illegal activity will result in immediate account closure and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Betting and gaming activities on the k80 platform carry the risk of financial loss. k80 accepts no liability for such losses. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.
K80 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:
- Any issues arising from internet connectivity failures or third-party service disruptions.
- Losses caused by technical errors or server downtime.
- Financial loss resulting from the user's own error or negligence.
Intellectual Property: All content, logos, designs, software, and information on the k80 platform are the intellectual property of k80. Copying, using, or distributing them without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links: k80 is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party links found on the platform. Users visit external links entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Applicable Law
K80 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Providing false or inaccurate information.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Account use by minors.
If an account is closed, any valid balance will be subject to a verification process before being refunded. Bonus balances will not be returned.
Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. k80 reserves the right to amend these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Any revisions will take effect from the date of publication.
